[lug] CD-RW recommendations?

I'm about ready to buy a CD-RW....  Anyone have any recommendations
or comments on what to get for Linux use?  Any obvious gotchas or
danger zones to look for?  Any comments appreciated....

ps= Of course, I looked at the CD-Writing-HOWTO.  This seems at
least 1 year old, and all the current CD-RW models are not listed
in the compatibility list :-(
