[lug] Changing IRQs?

Hello,

  I've got one PCI board (MPEG decoder) that works in every
machine here but one.  About the only thing that I can think
of at this point is that the reason it does not work is because
it is sharing an IRQ with the graphics processor. In another
machine where it does work, it shares an IRQ with the audio
card.

  Does anyone know a link to a HOWTO on setting IRQs and how
they are shared?
