Hard to say exactly, but one good possibility is that cgi is not
enabled, or at least not for the bugzilla cgi. I've never installed
bugzilla, so I can only suggest in general. If you cd to
/var/log/httpd/, you can look at various logs while you hit the links.
Use "tail -f -n 30 logfile_name" to monitor a log while doing the tests,
you might get a better message that way.
