Hello All,
We have a new and very committed volunteer, David.  Now we are in pretty
good shape.  
Here is a summary of the latest facts:

Show date and location: Friday, March 30th (this Friday) - DTC Marriott
Show time: BLUG setup starts at 8 AM, show floor opens at 10 AM

Please verify that I have your information correct.  As I understand it
Ryan and Alan both have purchased a full pass to the show.  I will need
to submit the names of those who need a ticket to the show organizers
ASAP.  So please verify your name and e-mail address so they can print
correct badges.  
We can pick up our tickets starting at 7 AM at the show registration
booths.  Please call me if you have problems (303-641-5639).  I will
have my cell phone with me at the show.

Demonstration items:
- Scott will bring his mpeg/mp3/dvd jukebox (Linux system)
- David may bring a demo system, type not yet determined
- I will bring an embedded Linux system and a laptop 
  to show off StarOffice, KDE, Dia, ...  I may also bring 
  a desktop just in case, along with power strips and 
  a small network hub...

Scott, David and I are planning to get to the show at 8 AM to setup our
booth.
Mr. Stimits will join us around 10 AM for the morning part of the show.
Alan offered to help around lunch time, which will allow some of us to
take a break and eat.
Wayde and Jodie will join the booth in the afternoon.
Ryan will stop by and help as needed.

Folks this is a very nice turnout!  For a while I was worried that we
wouldn't make our 3 staff minimum for the booth.  But as I see it now we
are in good shape.  Thank you all very much for stepping forward and
helping with this BLUG booth!  Linux wouldn't be where it is without
this awesome community to support the software.  And that is what we
will be able to demonstrate and represent at the CLIQ.

If any of you have new ideas or would like to bring a demo to this show
that I haven't mentioned above please feel free to do so.

Please reply to all of us if your schedule changes or if I made an error
in the above document.
