I'm probably going to have to go the Python route (hacking at cgiupload.py),
given the relative dearth of info on any other method (and VBA's brain-dead
binary i/o).

I _have_ found Curl, an multi-protocol upload/download library (as well as
standalone program), so I'll see if I can glean some knowledge from that code.
