[lug] Netscape temp email files

I have a directory called /tmp/nscomm40-hodges  .  I actually noticed
that the other day, but I've never seen any files there.  Directories
seem to be created, but they are always empty.  When you are composing
an email, have you verified that it exists in your /tmp directory?
