To the best of my knowledge, the Citrix ICA client is the only thing that can
connect to Windows terminal server from a non-Windows box.  Citrix Metaframe 
must also be installed on the Windows server.  

Check out vnc, http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/, it isn't a terminal server
client, but it's pretty slick.  If you can get it installed on your Windows
servers, it may do what you need.
