[lug] DSRC, NIST, etc folks... IDL question

Hi Gary,

about 2/3 of the way down the page where there is a sample.  I used
to have some scripts ( years ago ) to automate this but can't find
them anymore.  ( I think Bruce Fast is the author of the notes on the
website. )
