I use pump...

You just have to find the command to pass the hostname along with the DHCP
request; I *think* it's pump -h <hostname that att assigned you>

Also, it was previously mentioned that if you can boot the machine into
windows and get an IP that it will be yours forever...  Not so; It's only
yours until the lease expires.  You might still have that IP Address
assigned to your machine statically, but, if you don't have a lease
against it and it's next in the pool someone else could take it from
you.  It's a good idea to get the DHCP client configured properly.

Pump works.
