[lug] name resolution on rh 7.1

Nevermind. I set the high level on ipchains when I installed.
Unfortunately, when you use dialup, the nameserver doesn't get punched
through, like redhat claims it will.
Irritated, but functional. Maybe it will be useful to someone else.
