[lug] nfs lockd question

I am getting the following in my kernel log.
kernel: svc: unknown program 100227 (me 100003)
kernel: lockd: cannot monitor 192.168.200.104

These logs started after I put some Solaris machines up, which are NFS 
mounting /home on the linux box.

I have checked rpcinfo -p on both the linux and solaris side. Lock and Stat 
daemons are running. (are they "compatible"?  /shrug.)

Anyone have a clue how I could mitigate the above log messages?
