[lug] WU-FTPD help

I have stayed away from WU-FTPD for many reasons
but now have inherited a very misconfigured box
from a company we purchased with just under 100 users
on it.

Problem is that any user can CD up from home directory
into other directories.

I know of a few ways to prevent this but am looking
for
a best practice under the WU-FTPD server.

You PROs have any good advice?
