I was getting 'bus error' for some odd reason, throwing me off..
and then I realized the filesize was about 2mb short.
that's an odd error message for a file not all there. new kernels seem to 
have updated error messages.

thats a slick install, tho.... geez reminds me of when real was first 
ported to linux.  gooooooooood luck trying to get that sucker working 
properly. In true linux fashion, you had to hand configure that thing in 
there. The realplayer sdk (for unix/linux) at that time was lacking (I have 
NO idea how it is today). The included commandline player wouldn't even 
begin to compile, much less getting any of the examples working. ppphhhhaaaaa!

meanwhile xmms has always worked 'outta the box'
