[lug] not just spam, but illegal scam

This is a variant of a postal con that I received in the regular mail 3-4
years ago. In that case, I sent it to the postal inspector.

If nobody has figured it out, once they get your bank account number they
will wire the money out of your account and into theirs.

I got an email today form someone wanting to transfer $20million into my
bank account for the Nigerian government (or something like this).  This
isn't just spam, but an outright scam in the offing.  Anyone know who I
could forward this message to?  Isn't there some FBI group that handles
such scams now?
