[lug] apt-get, kde, and gpg

I'm trying to find some way to keep up to date with KDE. RPMs are not
being put out by either Red Hat or Ximian, so using their automated systems
doesn't work (though I'm using a Red Hat 7.0 box, updated from a KRUD
installation of 7.0). The next step is to try apt-get that handles RPMs.
I downloaded the Conectiva version and tried it but it complains about not
having the right gpg key. I know nothing about importing the proper gpg
key.

Anyone have any ideas on this? This is the info I used to get where I'm at
currently. Note - I'm trying krud2date from the 06-01 KRUD CD as I type this
so I don't know how helpful that will be yet.

This is where I got apt-get for rpms:

This is Conectiva's apt+rpm Howto, which is decent but not complete:

This is supposed to tell me how to handle the gpg issue, but I can't
understand it:
