Sorry for the other post with no subject. Here is the message again. I
hate Outlook.

What is the best way to secure scp? I want to allow someone to scp a
file into their default directory but not be able to ssh in either
interactively or non-interactively. I have looked at the forced command
option but also read that doesn't work with scp. I have bought the
OpenSSH book and looked through it for the solution but haven't had time
(yet) to read the whole book.
