Hola! Soon after my first post, I recv'd a tip to run ssh -v hostname and it refered to a /usr/local/etc/ssh_conf file. I went to vi it and it was empty. (Last week BLUG helped me to get ppp going and at that time I had a ppp.conf file that was empty, too.) What needs to go into this ssh_conf file? My ISP hostname, IP address? eof
