[lug] Covad and IDSL

I used to have IDSL through Covad and Flashcom.
Covad supplies (or at least used to) a Flowpoint 144 router (external)
that can be configured to run NAT. There's nothing special about the
setup that required a windows box. Between me and my roomie we had 3
linux boxes, 1 irix box, 1 win2k box, and 2 win98 boxes running behind it
with no problems at all.
