I think that Sprint is Time/Warner's (AOL Time Warner's) backbone provider
(or one of several). Sprint actually "owns" the 66.x.x.x or most of it
anyway. Just like @Home seems to "own" most of the 24.x.x.x block and the
65.x.x.x block.
