Nothing personal, but I hate linuxconf. I've been using SuSE 7.x and
Mandrake 8. For SuSE, yast is really great. and Mandrake has Mandrake
control panel, which is ok. But yast really kicks butt for doing admin
stuff all in one place. I've been liking Mandrake, even tho it uses a
broken gcc.... *sigh*
All these do anyway is usually edit the config files. Although linuxconf
seems to hide them, so even if you manually edit the regular config files,
it'll not change on reboot. I hate that, so I uninstalled it.
