[lug] Deleting with Cyradm

The cyrus manager account doesn't by
default have the rights to delete mailboxes it creates. If your imap
mailbox that you use for administration is "manager", it would look like
this:
 
A123 login manager password
A124 setacl user.username manager d
A125 delete user.username
A126 logout
