This is correct. Another option is to download the freely distributable
version from Red Hat's ftp server (or a mirror).
You won't have to pay Red Hat licensing fees, but you also can't use Red
Hat in your product name (it is a trademark of Red Hat Corp and they
don't allow others to use it).
