[lug] Question - Bin Dir Permissions

What should the permissions be on a /home/webs/client1/bin or /bin directory 
be?

I have it set like this (/home/webs/client1/bin:
drwxr-x--x   2 root     root         4096 Sep 11 13:49 bin

Within the directory (/home/webs/client1/bin:
-rwxrwxr-x   1 root     root        49844 Sep 24  1999 ls
That is the only command I have in there BTW.

The directory (/bin):
drwxr-xr-x   2 root     root         4096 Sep 11 12:18 bin

and Witin the directory (/bin)
-rwxr-xr-x   1 root     root        49844 Sep 24  1999 ls

Are there any security risks associated with how I have the permissions set 
up?  How is everybody else set-up?
