[lug] Enlightenment Iconbox position

Something that has been irritating me for some time is the position of the
icon boxes in enlightenment.  When I minimize a window the icon tends to
end up underneath the application panel at the bottom of my screen.  This
morning these are ending up partly off of my screen.  I'd think that these
could be moved around, but don't know how.  Any one know?
