Hi,
Webster (http://www.webster.com/) says, e-mail or E-mail.
They don't have website or web-site so I guess that means
it is two words.
I like replies on top unless both quote and reply can fit on
one 40 line page with pine :-). Inter-spaced is my least favorite.
