[lug] mixing linux/win cvs/ssh

ssh doesn't allocate a tty unless you log in directly.  If you want it to
allocate one, add a -t

It is complaining because (I'm guessing here) the program (cvs in this
case) wants to write to stdout or stderr and doesn't have a tty to write to.
