[lug] net outage, testing

This happened to @home for part of the day as well. Sometimes it was
just really, really slow though. Go figure.

I don't know if it had an effect on anyone else, but my ISP died off
most of the day. Apparently Sprint and another major network lost all
routing. I have to wonder how many bounced messages will cause my list
subscriptions to be cancelled. Oh well. Testing if this gets through.
