Hello,

For those who care about such things, the apparently long-awaited
version 21 of Emacs is out.

Most of the mirrors don't have it yet, but one kind soul did post it
at:

    http://ils.unc.edu/gbnewby/gnu/

There are rumors that, given the multi-role versatility of emacs, LILO
can be directly linked to version 21, thus bypassing the annoyances of
using an operating system ...
