Or easier, just go into minicom's setup menu and point it at /dev/ttySx
where x is the number of the serial port you want. 

Also, when you set up minicom for accessing serial devices, it is
usually a good idea to turn off all the modem dialing strings it tries
to use and modem init features so it doesn't send "ATZ" to your Cisco
every time you fire it up.  Not that the serial device (Cisco, whatever)
cares, but it is just a good idea not to have something typing
"commands" to large network devices... heh.
