Agreed. Especially since one of the tactics being used with the DMCA is to
avoid contesting certain aspects of the law in court. The RIAA and MPAA can
wield the law quite effectvely against individuals without ever going to
court. Believe me, their lawyers *can* beat up your lawyer.

But, in the mean time, all copies of Linux may be pulled from store shelves,
FTP servers impounded, BLUG banned, Wayde lose his job, me get thrown in
jail, etc.

This is NOT a bill to wait for the courts to interpret.
