Okay, I've got two responses to my request for demos.

Dhruva Reddy offered to give a demo on LaTeX, and Evelyn Mitchell
offered to talk a little about free software licenses. They're both
good subjects, and I (rather arbitrarily) decided that Dhruva can do
his demo this week, and Evelyn can take next month. If anyone objects
to this, say so.

I'll try to start scheduling demos longer in advance, like we do with
main topics, rather than asking so close to the actual day of the
event - would give presenters more preparation time, as well. Less
stress overall, I think.
