[lug] New linux managers list

Folks,

A new linux managers list was just created
(http://www.linuxmanagers.org/).  It was created to be similar to the Sun
managers list (http://www.sunmanagers.org/).

The sunman list is geared towards sys admins, and only contains questions
and summaries.  The way it's supposed to work is you post your question,
folks email you responses directly, then you summerize a post back to the
list.

Thought this would be useful for someone out there!
