[lug] ssl based authenticated smtp

I am looking for a way to require authenticated smtp (SMTP AUTH works)
in such a way that the SMTP AUTH isn't sniffable.  I have a number of
remote users that don't have static ips and doing the relay table thing
just isn't working.

Right now I don't want to deal with requiring users to have their own
ssl cert so starttls isn't an option (unless I have it configured
wrong).
