After setting the Daemon_Options(`Port=8025'), relaying becomes permitted
for any host (though the access_db-feature is set).
I found out, that the reason for this behaviour is, that the
DaemonPortOption Name=MTA will not be set in the .cf-file (Version 8.12.0).
