[lug] cat 5 cable

A lot of time this "fast cable" is called Cat5e, also.  Sometimes it is
rated by frequency (I'm not clear on why).  200 Mhz and above would give
you the flexability to move from 100 to 1000 if you ever wanted, if my
memory serves correclty.
