[lug] Creating rpms?

If you find it, let me know. What I would love is a tool that takes data
and creates RH rpms, Mandrake rpms, and Debian .deb's, all at the same
time. Maybe even alternate versions for older rpm tools at the same
time. Hell, throw in tarballs.
