I just thought everyone would be interested, the Judge today refused to approve the
proposed Microsoft settlement which would have infected the US schools with 
Microsoft
software.

Looks like the legal system may actually start moving in the right direction if 
Judges
continue to make the correct rulings : )

We can only hope.
