[lug] Qpopper log file

I spend about and hour today trying to figure out how to tell qpopper
4.0.3 to log to the file /var/log/secure instead of /var/log/maillog.
Does anybody know what to do?  

I tried messing with /etc/syslog.conf and adding the line:
Local0.*	/var/log/secure

And then restarting but nothing is working.  Ideas?
