This is where I wish I had a laptop. Computers themselves are not
actually that big of deal to transport, but monitors are bulky (at least
the tube type), and worse, fragile.

I would expect such for an install. On the other hand, I can't see doing
so casually as if it were a laptop/notebook, too much chance for
something to go wrong. Maybe some day I'll get a better connection than
the 56k and be able to ssh in to it when away, using one of these
smaller machines.
