I browsed throught their web site in Japanese.  At this moment, they have
not released an English version.  I don't know anything about playstation
2, but they recommend having a separate memory card(8mb) for linux.  They
list various bug fixes from the beta version.  Anyways, it's not going to
work on systems we can buy in the States.
