If you're working in a corporate/funded environment, you might consider a
commercial option:
Trend Micro Viruswall. For spam processing they make a plugin called
EManager.

It's what we use to process all of our corporate mail and it's worth _every_
dime we paid for it.

What do you all do for blocking spam and viruses on mail servers you
administer? Last night I read a bunch of stuff from Qmail's site and
articles that link off of there about blocking it but nothing stood out as
the best option.
