[lug] BLUG web site dead??

Maybe it is just my Netscape flaking out with cache or something, but I
can't get the BLUG web page. It downloads, there is obvious traffic, but
it ends up being a blank white page:
  http://lug.boulder.co.us/

If I choose to view page source, it is all there, but it seems to be
"broken", or at least incompatible with NS 4.78. (I have cookies and
javascript on)
