The dead link seemed rather strange.  I wonder if there is some kind of
non-disclosure issue involved with that.

I would have to use a translater.  Wasn't there a way of re-directing web
pages to a translater on the 'net?  Something called Babelfish, I believe?
I've never used it, and really don't know if it's still around.
