Yes, something to aid viewing file sizes and names side-by-side for bulk
selections.

I should learn emacs, but I'm stuck with just knowing how to scroll
around and save and exit.

I'll take a look at this. I'm hoping to avoid java and tcl/tk clients,
too many of them don't work 100%, despite the number that are out there.
It seems that many of the tcl/tk and scripted language versions flake
out on me in one way or another, even if it is just widget refresh.

Using gnome. The real reason I ask though is because I wanted something
people have tried and can say "it works right", rather than just
downloading everything and finding out later. I should add in my subject
line "need opinions on...".
