[lug] Is staroffice 6 no longer available?

Yes, I have have heard that it will be a pay version for 6.  There was
an orticle on slashdot today about Mandrake users being mad, because the
fee for StarOffice 6 (which is apparently part of Mandrake) makes
something cost with Mandrake 8.2
