Renders fine in Konqueror 2.2-11.  Won't validate though, since they chose 
not to include a DTD.  I'm not using any slick agent setting, just good ol' 
"Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/2.2-11; Linux)"

So, their HTML is totally broken, but I think you overstate your case saying 
that they "restrict access."
