This is even scarier.  This is how the National Maximum Speed Limit
was repealed.  Clinton opposed the repeal, but ratified the bill
anyway.

For now, I'm more worried about the "Internet Freedom and Broadband
Deployment Act", or Tauzin-Dingell bill.  Anyone know the positions of
Senators Campbell and/or Allard?
