This is ldconfig not being able to find it. You need to either
1. Add your symlink to a directory listed in /etc/ld.so.conf or
2. add ./staroffice/programs (the real path not ./...) to the list of
directories in /etc/ls.so.conf
and then run ldconfig (as root)
