[lug] Log analysis tools?

I really like webalizer for web logs. And logwatch (which now ships with RH)
should do a decent job on FTP logs. However, unlike webalizer, it doesn't
generate fancy HTML with graphics, just an easy to read text email.

Does anyone have a favorite log analysis tool?  I am looking for a tool to
analyze transfer logs of ftp and perhaps web logs.  I'm looking at swatch
right now, but other suggestions would be great.
