OK, all you Linux admins that have grown up with USAH, here is your next
installment. Prepare to shell out the $50 for this book now. It just came
out it's already on the must have list. For those unfamiliar with original
Unix System Administration Handbook, this book is about all you need to
learn the fundamentals of system administration. LAH focuses solely on
Linux. The forward by Linus is dated April 2002, so it's hot off the press.

This book has all the core philosophy, practical experience and policy
recommendations as the USAH. It is essentially USAH written specifically for
Linux. Now, those that know USAH understand that 80% of what's in the book
is generic -- it can be applied to any Unix-like OS. It's in the details of
how they are applied that make the difference with this book. Here, instead
of focusing on a number of Unix vendors, LAH focuses it's attention on Red
Hat, Suse and Debian.

I have hardly cracked the cover, but I can already tell that it's everything
that USAH is and more.
